1. In my opinion, Morgan and Alex did well in some ways but in others not so much. I thought that they were smart when it came to public transportation and buying what they need in order to survive. I thought it was pretty stupid walking into the ER especially for Morgan. I'm surprised that the bill wasn't over a grand. He probably should have bought himself an ACE wrist band at Walgreens for $5.00. 3.

3. In Alex and Morgan's case, I don't really think that race or gender played a huge factor. The goal is to spend 30 days on minimum wage. In society, you see a mixed variety of skin color and culture that often struggle when it comes to making a steady income and holding a job. It' s even harder now since the economy has been in the toilet. Everyone and their grandmother at this point is trying to survive.
